- 2 Ripe Avocados ( should be slightly soft when squished )
- 3 Vine Tomatoes
- Juice of 1 whole lemon
- Juice of 1/2 of a lime
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Start by mashing the 2 avos up with a fork in a large bowl ( just until chunky )
- Chop up tomatoes in to bite sized pieces and fold into avos
- add the rest of the ingredients by folding in
- EASY. Delish. I like to serve Guac with cut carrots, celery or the obvious blue corn chips!
