Ommmmmmmmm. This is one yummy bowl of wholefood goodness! Packed with protein to power you through the day!

What You’ll need:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 Tbl walnut pieces
- Handful of sprouts
- Organic Feta Cheese Crumbles
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1 tbl of dried oregano
- Hot sauce of choice
What to Do:
- Cook quinoa according to the directions on package, once fluffy removed from stove & stir in feta cheese crumbles & oregano
- Slice up the avocado
- In a bowl layer the quinoa & cheese on the bottom placing the sprouts, avo, walnuts, & sprouts
- sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
- drizzle hot sauce on top
