
Who doesn’t want to down an entire bowl of cookie dough and not get a stomach ache from raw eggs!? ME.
What You’ll Need:
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 + 1/2 scoop of chocolate or vanilla brown rice sprouted protein powder, I used garden of life RAW but see my others fav’s HERE
- 1 generous pinch sea salt
- less than 1/8th tsp baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons nut butter of choice * I used chunky cashew butter but use whatever natural nut butter you have
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips + raw cacao nibs on top* optional
What to Do:
- Mash up the ripe banana with a fork
- In a bowl Smoosh all the ingredients together excluding the chocolate chips
- fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula after mixing all cookie dough ingredients together
- Demolish!
