It’s officially cozy season, aka pumpkin spice everything ever season. This banana bread is the bomb. Perfect as a treat breakfast on a cold fall morning or snack among the crispy leaves. Try it out!

- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup light spelt flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or see OLIVIA RETTER FITNESS home-made recipe HERE
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
What To Do:
- In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together with a whisk
- In another bowl mix all wet ingredients together
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
- fold in chocolate chips – using a spatula – don’t over mix~!
- Pour into a sprayed, 8×8 loaf pan
- Put in the oven for 35 minutes
- slip into pumpkin spiced heaven
