Before I head off to vegas for my besties wedding this week, I thought that I would help grandma out by making a few snacks for Chloe, while we are away. These Muesli bars are packed with nutrition & healthy fats to keep those littles going all day long.
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup apple sauce unsweetened
- 1 apple peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup spelt flour or whole wheat
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1.5 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- splash of pure vanilla
What To Do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
- Squish muesli bar batter into the dish pressing down
- Bake for 35 minutes
