
These decadent chocolate brownies are made with only the best ingredients that can easily be thrown right in to your blender and blended all together for a quick high protein treat!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1/3 cup of Chocolate Sun Warrior Plant Based Protein Powder buy it HERE.
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tbl of flax seed ground
- 1 tbl chia seed ground
- 1/3 cup pecan pieces
- 2 tbl of cacao nibs * optional*
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- blend the first 5 ingredients on low until well mixed in blender
- add in the dry ingredients next to the blender and blend for about 20 seconds
- pour brownie batter in to an 8 x 11 glass baking dish
- Bake for about 30 minutes, brownie should be still a touch soft in the middle
